The Bus Monitor ensures the safe and orderly transportation of students with disabilities by supervising boarding, behavior, and safety procedures. They also assist the driver with route navigation, equipment operation, and daily communication with parents and teachers.
Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or GED and demonstrate the ability to work effectively with children with disabilities. The role requires physical capability to lift and carry students and the ability to follow safety and emergency protocols.
