You will provide technical support by troubleshooting hardware, software, and network connectivity issues while documenting requests in ServiceNow. Additionally, you will assist with account access, maintain IT asset inventory, and escalate complex issues to appropriate technical teams.
Candidates must possess an active TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph and hold a DoD 8570 IAT Level I certification such as CompTIA A+ or Network+. The role requires either a high school diploma with ten years of experience or a bachelor's degree with five years of relevant experience.
What You Will Do:
At Independent Software, as a System Administrator Level 1, you will provide technical support to users by troubleshooting hardware, software, account access, and network connectivity issues. You will respond to support requests through phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems while ensuring issues are accurately documented and resolved or escalated as appropriate.
In this role, you will support day-to-day IT operations, assist users with common technical issues, maintain accurate support records, and contribute to a positive customer experience.
