In this role, you will design, govern, and optimize the organization’s knowledge ecosystem by ensuring critical information, processes, and institutional knowledge are captured, organized, and easily accessible across the enterprise. You will lead the strategy, tools, and governance models that enable employees to find information quickly, share expertise, and collaborate effectively. By creating a unified, well‑structured knowledge environment, the Knowledge Manager enhances operational efficiency, reduces duplication, accelerates onboarding, strengthens decision‑making, and preserves essential organizational intelligence.

Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Contract Management, or a related field plus 5 years’ experience or HS plus 10+ years’ experience in relative experience in lieu of education.
Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks, IT service contracts, and vendor relationship management.
Demonstrated success in managing contract lifecycles and complex agreements.
Certifications (Preferred)
ITIL Foundation Certification.
Relevant Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2).
