En développant leurs connaissances des procédures internes de l’ambassade à travers trois niveaux de formation, ils pourront augmenter progressivement leur rémunération.
Chaque niveau validé donnera droit à une augmentation de +1 € brut/heure, permettant d’atteindre une rémunération proche des standards OTAN et bases militaires.
