Manages engineering projects from conception to completion, focusing on capacity expansion, debottlenecking, and asset reliability. Leads technical leadership tasks including developing equipment specifications, P&IDs, and conducting safety reviews like PHA and MOC.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical preferred) and 4-6 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Must be proficient in SAP, CAD, and project management principles with strong communication and leadership skills.
