(RMC) is seeking a Help Desk Representative to provide Tier 0, I, and II IT and cybersecurity support services for our Navy customer onsite at the Washington Navy Yard (WNY) in Washington DC. The selected candidate will deliver critical end-user support to enhance availability, performance, and security of the WNY RDT&E network environment.
