The Construction Manager provides technical representation and oversight for federal construction and renovation projects for NAVFAC Mid-Atlantic. Key duties include monitoring contractor compliance, reviewing technical submittals, and managing project schedules and budgets from pre-award to closeout.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture and at least 7 years of experience managing large-scale construction projects. An active Secret Security Clearance and the ability to pass the USACE EM 385-1-1 safety exam are mandatory.
Copper River Technologies is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to support construction, renovation, and facility modernization projects for NAVFAC Mid-Atlantic in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The Construction Manager will serve as the Government's technical representative during construction, providing quality assurance, contract administration support, safety oversight, and project management expertise to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with contract requirements. This position requires extensive knowledge of federal construction practices, NAVFAC quality management procedures, and construction contract administration.
