The Contracts Manager will lead the negotiation and execution of customer contracts in partnership with Business Development and Legal teams. They are responsible for assessing contractual risks and ensuring all agreements align with company commercial goals and legal standards.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field. At least three years of experience in a similar role with proven contract negotiation skills is strongly preferred.

As Contracts Manager, you will be a strategic partner to Business Development, Site Operations, and Legal teams across US, EMEA and APAC. You’ll lead the negotiation and execution of customer contracts, ensuring alignment with Catalent’s commercial goals and legal standards while driving growth and customer satisfaction.
Shift: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
Location: Bridgewater, NJ

The anticipated salary range for this position in NJ is $122,000 – $160,000 Plus Bonus. The final salary offered to a successful candidate may vary, and will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to: the type and length of experience within the job, type and length of experience within the industry, skillset, education, business needs, etc. Catalent is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work in other states.
