Conduct in-person neurocognitive assessments and provide various forms of therapy and behavioral management services for patients in long-term care facilities. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to manage psychotherapy intakes and develop evidence-based treatment plans.
Must be a licensed psychologist capable of practicing independently with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Requires strong organizational and communication skills and the ability to maintain professional relationships with patients and facility partners.
