The Center Manager oversees all daily operations of a plasma donation center, including financial, regulatory, and personnel management. They are responsible for ensuring operational excellence, quality compliance, and serving as a medical backup for the Center Physician.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Medicine and a postgraduate degree or MBA, with at least 8 years of relevant experience. A minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role and experience in GxP regulated environments are required.
The Center Manager (CM) acts as the general manager for a GEPD plasma Donation Center (DC), responsible for managing and optimizing the whole operations related to the DC including financial, marketing, administrative, regulatory, quality, personnel, systems, supplies, equipment and other infrastructure\facility-related controls.
CM has the overall accountability for the daily operations, staff-related activities, quality control, compliance with all applicable policies & regulations, optimize operational efficiency and establishes a work environment that foster operational excellence.
Internal: Quality, Operations, Medical staff, Marketing, Procurement, Finance, Facility management team, Warehouse staff and HR.
External: Donors, Health authorities, Government agencies, Patient associations, Third party providers, Medical associations, Corporates, Community-based organizations and others.
Quality & Compliance:
- Ensure that the center is operating with high compliance level to company's policies, procedures and regulations.
Back up for Center Physician:
Part of the qualification for being a certified CM, is the onboarding and certification on center physician role, serving as backup at any time to fulfilling the business needs:
Academic experience required.
Essential:
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
Languages Excellent written and spoken English and Arabic.
