The pay range for this role is:
$78,400.00-$133,400.00/Annual
The base pay actually offered to the successful candidate will take into account, without limitation, the candidate’s location, education, job-knowledge, skills, and experience in prior relevant roles.
Incentives may also be provided as part of Haemonetics’ employee compensation. For sales roles, employees will be eligible for sales incentive (i.e., commission) under the applicable plan terms. For non-sales roles, employees will be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, the target amount of which varies based on the applicable role, to be governed by the applicable plan terms. Employees may also be eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive plan, with eligibility and target amount dependent on the role.
In addition to compensation, the Company offers a competitive suite of benefits to its employees, including without limitation, a 401(k) with up to a 6% employer match and no vesting period, an employee stock purchase plan, “flexible time off” for salaried employees and, for hourly employees, accrual of three to five weeks’ vacation annually (based on tenure), accrual of up to 64 hours (annually) of paid sick time, paid and/or floating holidays, parental leave, short- and long-term disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, and/or health and welfare benefits.

Senior Product Owner
Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid)
Come join the Research & Development (R&D) Requirements Team at Haemonetics and help shape the future of plasma collection technology. Our team is dedicated to developing innovative software solutions that enable plasma collection centers to operate more efficiently, improve donor experiences, enhance operational performance, and support regulatory compliance. We are looking for a passionate and motivated Senior Product Owner to help extract user needs, define software product requirements, and deliver value to customers across our Plasma software portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Align product priorities with business objectives, customer needs, and regulatory requirements.
Gather and analyze stakeholder and customer needs.
Translate business needs into software product requirements
Define acceptance criteria and ensure software product requirements are clear, complete, and testable.
Collaborate with leadership, customers, operations, and commercial teams to identify future product opportunities.
Ensure the development teams understand the desired business outcomes and product goals.
Provide clarification to architects, developers, and testers
Ensure software product requirements support regulatory, quality, and cybersecurity obligations
Participate in risk management, hazard analysis, quality management, and security reviews.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field (advanced degrees may substitute for years of experience).
Strong ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable product and software requirements.
Effective communication and collaboration skills with technical, operational, quality, regulatory, and commercial teams.
5+ years of experience in software product management, software development, or plasma collection operations.
Proficiency with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
Experience working in regulated healthcare, life sciences, medical device, or blood/plasma collection environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of plasma collection, donor management, or collection center workflows.
Experience with plasma collection technologies, donor-facing applications, or operational software systems strongly preferred.
