1. การจัดการ Retain Product ทุกสินค้า
รับสินค้า Retain ทุกสินค้า ทุก Lot เข้าระบบ SAP (เบิกสินค้าเข้าคลัง Retain)
สุ่มตรวจสอบสินค้า (Inspect) และดำเนินการ Sensory Evaluation ผ่านระบบ QR Code
จัดทำรายงานผลการตรวจสอบส่งให้ทีมที่เกี่ยวข้องและผู้ผลิต
2. การวางแผนและประสานงาน Outsource สำหรับงาน 100% Inspection
ประสานงานกับฝ่าย Sales และ SCM เพื่อเช็ครายการสินค้าและยอดโหลดให้ถูกต้อง
คำนวณกำลังคนและจำนวนวันที่ต้องใช้ในการตรวจสอบ พร้อมแจ้งให้คลังสินค้าและทีม Outsource ทราบ
วางแผนและจัดตารางทำงานร่วมกับทีมคลังสินค้า สำหรับการดำเนินงาน 100% Inspection
3. งานอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
ติดตามและรายงานผลกระทบของเคส Complaint สำคัญต่อฝ่าย Sales และ SCM
สุ่มตรวจสินค้าหน้าสาขาเพื่อตรวจสอบคุณภาพ
เปิด PR สำหรับงาน QC ตามขั้นตอนที่กำหนด
จัดการของเสียและสินค้าประเภท B-Grade หลังการตรวจสอบคุณภาพ
ประสานงานจัดรถรับหลักฐานจากลูกค้าในกรณีที่มี Complaint
งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
คุณสมบัติของผู้สมัคร (Qualifications)
1. วุฒิการศึกษา ปริญญาตรี สาขาวิทยาศาสตร์อาหาร, วิศวกรรมอาหาร, หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
2. มีประสบการณ์ด้าน QA / QC / Product Inspection กลุ่ม FMCG หรือ โรงงานอาหาร อย่างน้อย 1-3 ปี
3. สามารถใช้ Microsoft Office ได้ดี หากสามารถใช้ SAP ได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
4. มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ รับผิดชอบงานสูง และทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้
