The intern will support the design, development, and operation of test assets for supersonic vehicles, including fixtures, rigs, and supporting hardware. They will also assist in developing test plans, performing engineering analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure test readiness.
Candidates must be currently enrolled in a STEM program at an accredited college or university, specifically in their third or fourth year of undergraduate study or in a Master's or Ph.D. program. A GPA of 3.0 or above and practical experience in designing, building, and testing vehicles are required.

We work with the Department of War to provide the high-speed capabilities our nation and its allies need to maintain a durable, asymmetric advantage.
As a Test Engineering Intern at Hermeus, you will play a pivotal role in developing, building, analyzing and operating test assets for our supersonic vehicles. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on groundbreaking technology in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. As part of this team, you will have the opportunity to work on a broad range of vehicle subsystems including hydraulic system, fuel system, mechanisms, high-voltage, mechanisms, airframe structural, and more!
Spring: Around 16 weeks (January - April)
Summer: Around 12 weeks (May - August)
\nResponsibilities:The hourly rate listed for this internship is intended as a general guideline. Final compensation will be determined based on degree level.
