The Area Sales Supervisor is responsible for managing the sales team's performance, including KPI achievement, revenue targets, and collection goals. They must ensure active outlet coverage, maintain accurate customer data, and monitor service levels within the Modern Trade and Food Service channels.
Candidates must hold at least a Bachelor's degree in any major and have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a sales supervisor in distribution, specifically within the beverage industry. Strong communication skills and an established business network in the West Java, Central Java, and DIY regions are required.
