The staff member will support daily procurement activities, including supplier sourcing, evaluation, and onboarding processes. They are also responsible for monitoring supplier performance, managing purchase orders, and ensuring compliance with company procurement policies.
The role requires an individual capable of handling procurement administration, contract documentation, and data management. Candidates should be able to coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders and support continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain.
Support day-to-day procurement activities in line with supply chain and business requirements
Assist in supplier sourcing, evaluation, and onboarding processes
Support purchase order processing, contract documentation, and procurement administration
Monitor supplier delivery, quality, and compliance with agreed terms
Support cost tracking, spend analysis, and savings documentation
Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and governance standards
Coordinate with internal stakeholders on procurement requests and timelines
Support reporting, data management, and continuous improvement initiatives
