We're looking for a dynamic, customer-focussed Customer Experience Support professional to join our vibrant Toowoomba community. If you thrive on building genuine relationships, love turning enquiries into meaningful outcomes, and have a natural gift for making people feel heard then this role is for you.

 

What you'll be doing

• Being the warm, professional first point of contact for prospective residents, families and referrers
• Guiding families confidently from that first enquiry through to admission
• Facilitating Resident Care Agreements and supporting documentation with care and precision
• Delivering a genuinely welcoming induction experience and supporting new residents through their critical first 28 days
• Bringing fresh ideas to the table as you'll help us continuously improve how we engage with our community
• Building relationships with referral networks and championing Palm Lake Care's reputation across Toowoomba

What you'll bring

• Proven experience in high-volume client acquisition, relationship-building or sales
• A genuine understanding of and empathy for the needs of older Australians
• Outstanding communication and active listening skills, with the ability to navigate emotional conversations with warmth and professionalism
• Sharp planning, problem-solving and time management skills
• The drive to set goals and the follow-through to smash them
• A current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain one)
