The Sales Teammate is responsible for providing legendary guest service, driving sales through product recommendations, and maintaining store visual standards. Additional duties include cashiering, processing returns, and performing general operational tasks to ensure an enjoyable shopping experience.
No prior experience or training is required for this position. Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule and meet the physical demands of a retail environment, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 30lbs.
Summary
The Sales Teammate position’s primary responsibility is to fulfill our mission statement: “To create the most enjoyable shopping experience possible for our Guests.” Additionally, Sales Teammates perform a variety of sales, merchandising and operational tasks assigned by Store Management (e.g. cashiering, merchandise display and pulls, register procedures, and routine cleaning of facilities).
