This hybrid position ensures smooth shift transitions, helps guide team members during assigned shifts, and has authority to input discount codes for customer transactions. The Shift Lead leads by example on the sales floor, fosters a positive work environment, and helps ensure compliance with Nevada cannabis regulations. This position is ideal for individuals looking to take the next step in their retail cannabis career while still engaging directly with customers.
