The Insurance Advisor is responsible for building client relationships and guiding customers toward appropriate Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance coverage. They must achieve sales targets, manage warm leads, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Candidates need at least one year of experience in sales, insurance, or customer service and strong professional communication skills. Applicants must be willing to obtain Property & Casualty and/or Life insurance licenses if not already licensed.

As an Insurance Advisor, your responsibilities will include:
Building lasting client relationships through calls, networking, and referrals
Guiding clients to the right insurance coverage for Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial needs
Achieving and exceeding sales and cross-selling targets
Responding to warm leads and following up on quotes
Delivering excellent service to ensure client satisfaction and retention
Leveraging digital tools to stay efficient and organized
Participating in team events, ongoing training, and collaborative growth efforts
At least one year of experience in sales, insurance, or customer service
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Confidence and professionalism on the phone, over email, and in person
A positive mindset and eagerness to learn
Willingness to secure a Property & Casualty and/or Life insurance license (if not currently licensed)
Multilingual abilities are a plus
Base salary plus uncapped commissions
