Resumen del Puesto
Serás el punto de contacto principal para nuestros clientes, gestionando sus operaciones bancarias diarias y ofreciéndoles un servicio excepcional, mientras aprendes y creces en el sector financiero.
Responsabilidades
Atender y asesorar a los clientes en sus requerimientos transaccionales, consultas de productos y servicios bancarios.
Abrir y cerrar cuentas, así como gestionar depósitos, retiros y transferencias.
Identificar oportunidades para ofrecer productos y servicios financieros que satisfagan las necesidades del cliente.
Cumplir con las normativas y políticas internas de BBVA México S.A. en todas las operaciones.
Colaborar con el equipo para alcanzar los objetivos de ventas y servicio al cliente.
Manejar efectivo y conciliar las operaciones diarias con precisión.
Resolver problemas y quejas de los clientes de manera eficiente y profesional.
Mantenerse actualizado sobre los productos, servicios y cambios en el mercado financiero.
Cualificaciones**
Licenciatura en Finanzas, Contaduría, Administración de Empresas, Economía o campo relacionado (puede ser recién egresado o con experiencia mínima).
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita.
Orientación al servicio al cliente y capacidad para construir relaciones sólidas.
Proactivo/a, organizado/a y con atención al detalle.
Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y en equipo.
Conocimientos básicos de productos y servicios bancarios (deseable).
Dominio de herramientas de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Disponibilidad para trabajar en horarios flexibles.
