The Community Manager oversees daily operations, financial performance, and resident satisfaction for two apartment communities. Responsibilities include leading onsite teams, managing leasing activities, ensuring property maintenance, and enforcing community policies.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in multi-site property management and a strong understanding of leasing processes. Essential attributes include leadership skills, multitasking abilities, and a proactive approach to property operations.
As the Community Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operations, financial performance, and resident satisfaction at all three communities. You’ll lead onsite teams, ensure high-quality maintenance and curb appeal, and support a strong, welcoming community culture.
