The Sales Associate is responsible for providing first-class customer service and maintaining store appearance through visual merchandising and housekeeping. They must efficiently conduct customer transactions, manage inventory processes, and adhere to company safety and loss prevention policies.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of retail or customer service experience. The role requires the ability to perform physical tasks such as heavy lifting and standing for long periods, as well as passing federal and background security checks.

A Sales Associate is responsible for daily execution of the Mission Statement, which includes providing First Class Service to both internal and external customers. The Sales Associate may perform tasks on the sales floor or in a support environment. This position ensures a positive customer shopping experience in a well-maintained and friendly environment.
