The Loan Officer is responsible for originating fix and flip and new construction loans while partnering with real estate investors to create financing solutions. They will manage the sales pipeline, maintain borrower relationships, and coordinate with processors and underwriters to ensure successful transactions.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of real estate lending experience with a proven track record of over $12 million in annual loan originations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software are required, with Spanish language skills considered a plus.

Position Summary
As an ABL Loan Officer for our Sales team, you will be specializing in originating fix & flip and new construction loans throughout the nation! You will work alongside our Senior Loan Officers to develop an in-depth knowledge of the industry while partnering with real estate investors to develop creative financing solutions that will help them achieve their goals! You will work hand in hand with our processors and underwriters to ensure each transaction and customer experience is exceptional.
The Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have at least 2+ years of real estate lending experience with a proven track record of $12m+ in loan originations annually. This candidate must exemplify exceptional customer service and have a knack for building relationships.
