The Store Manager is responsible for leading the store team to achieve sales goals through active coaching, recruitment, and operational excellence. They must ensure an exceptional customer experience while maintaining brand standards and managing store business plans.
Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in leading, managing, and developing retail teams. Proficiency in technology systems, strong leadership skills, and the ability to meet physical requirements such as lifting up to 50 lbs are required.

• Ability to stand and walk for the majority of work shift, frequently bend, squat and twist, lift up to 50 lbs., climb a ladder to reach merchandise and or supplies, and see and distinguish between fabric patterns and colors.
