The Key Holder is responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience and serving as a sales leader to achieve daily objectives. They manage store operations, including opening/closing procedures, returns, and supervising sales associates.
Candidates need at least one year of experience as a Key Holder or Sales Lead and two years of general sales or customer service experience. Proficiency with computers and POS systems is required, while motorcycle knowledge is strongly desired.

As a Key Holder, you would be responsible for providing every customer with a great experience. You will be expected to maintain a strong sense of product knowledge, and to provide customers and team members with in-depth information on product features and benefits. You would also assist with, and be knowledgeable in, all store operations, including opening and closing procedures, administering returns/store credit, special orders, and dividing tasks amongst Sales Associates.
