Responsibilities:
o Complete data entry of schedules into scheduling system. Complete corrections to punches for coworkers as needed. Process payroll on a weekly basis.
o Responsible for record keeping and storage of timekeeping records per company policy.
o Assist with monitoring of attendance for coworker population.
o Receive applications and complete an initial screening of candidates.
o Assist in the scheduling of applicants for interviews with the HR Manager.
o Support HR Manager in new hire processing by preparing new hire paperwork and orientation materials.
o Maintain training room by ensuring room is stocked with supplies and well organized.
