At Resolve Sleep Health, we believe that better sleep leads to a better life — and we’re on a mission to help Canadians from coast to coast wake up healthier, happier, and more energized.
As Canada’s largest independent provider of sleep health services with over 145 clinics (and growing!), we’re transforming the way patients experience care. Through innovation, technology, and compassionate teamwork, we’re making sleep health accessible, effective, and life changing.
We are currently seeking a Clinician to join our team in Hamilton, Ontario. This is a temporary contract position.
As a Clinician, you’ll combine your clinical expertise with your passion for patient care. You’ll assess and manage sleep-related concerns, deliver personalized treatment plans, and support patients in their journey toward healthier living.
What you’ll be doing:
Working directly with patients to assess sleep health needs and develop personalized therapy plans
Setting up and supporting CPAP equipment and providing patient education in a professional and compassionate manner, with friendly, high quality service standards
Collaborating with physicians and other care providers to ensure effective, coordinated care
Supporting therapy adherence, preventative maintenance support and patient outcomes through regular follow-ups
Assisting patients with insurance claims and funding navigation
Documenting patient interactions in EMRs and maintaining accurate records
Supporting clinic operations and driving sleep health-related product sales
Acting as role model and ambassador to the company by living our shared Resolve Sleep Health values.
Occasional Saturday availability required and evenings until 6pm.
What you bring:
RRT, RPSGT, RN, or RPN/LPN (in good standing)
New graduate from Respiratory Therapist program will be considered
A patient-first mindset and strong communication skills
Comfortable balancing clinical care and retail sales, bonus points for experience in retail sales
Ability to adapt, prioritize, and work collaboratively within a team
Experience with sleep therapies, CPAP therapy and virtual care is a strong asset
Second language skills are also a plus
Comfort with technology (Microsoft Office, EMR, virtual care tools)
Why you’ll love working here:
We know our people are the key to our success, so we invest in making Resolve a great place to work, with:
Competitive pay with incentive opportunities
Health & Dental Benefits
Employee Family Assistance Program
Wellness + vacation hours
Employee discounts on products/services
Professional development & license fee reimbursement
A supportive, passionate, and fun team culture
