The salesperson is responsible for providing an excellent selling experience to DIY customers and achieving personal and store sales goals. They also perform essential store operations including inventory management, product stocking, and basic automotive services like battery and wiper installations.
Candidates should have 2-3 years of retail sales experience and possess basic knowledge of automotive systems and parts. The role requires the ability to lift up to 100 pounds, effective communication skills, and the flexibility to work days, evenings, and weekends.
What is a Salesperson?
