The Merchandise Manager oversees store operational execution, including truck processing, inventory routines, and planogram sets. They are responsible for maintaining visual standards, pricing accuracy, and leading team members to ensure a customer-ready environment.
Candidates must have at least 3 years of retail leadership experience and the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds. Availability for early morning truck unloads (as early as 3am) every other Friday is required.
