The Store Manager is responsible for recruiting, training, and supervising staff to ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency. They must also manage site finances, inventory, and maintain company standards for store cleanliness and safety.
Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and experience in retail sales. The role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to use computer systems for reporting, and a valid driver's license.
