Heytens est une marque de confiance, par la maitrise complète de sa chaîne de valeur, depuis le choix des produits conseillé par nos équipes, à la prise de mesure au domicile jusqu’à̀ l’installation auprès du client final par nos poseurs certifiés.

A l'issue d'une formation certifiante de 2 à 4 semaines, les missions sont les suivantes :
- Exécuter les prises de mesures ;
- Installer les produits dans le respect des procédures de l'enseigne ;
- Intervenir en SAV avec analyse en qualité d'expert ;
- Délivrer les préconisations de manipulation et d'entretien.
- Débutant accepté mais bricoleur confirmé avec un grand sens du détail
- Bon relationnel avec un bon sens de l'écoute
- Autonome en gardant un esprit d'équipe
- Permis B impératif
Animé par la volonté de délivrer la meilleure qualité de service à tous les clients, le poseur est l'ambassadeur qui sublime l'expérience client.
Référent(e) technique pour le magasin, vous êtes force de proposition technique pour accompagner l'équipe de vente.

Véhicule de société équipé à disposition pour effectuer les livraisons et installations chez le client
