The Front Desk Team Member serves as the primary point of contact, greeting members and managing facility access and security. Responsibilities include handling administrative tasks, processing retail sales, and assisting with membership sign-ups and account changes.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and possess excellent customer service and communication skills. Physical ability to lift 50lbs and a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays are required.

This position will aid with member requests, inquiries about gym operations and policies, as well as perform various administrative duties as directed by the Gym General Manager. As the initial point of contact to our club, the Front Desk is responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and a memorable guest experience.
