The position of "Guest Advocate" is a retail floor position that interacts with those who visit our stores (Guests) to shop or to seek advice/consultation related to running, walking or just finding a comfortable shoe.
As the most important face of Big Peach Running Co., the Guest Advocate is responsible for dealing with any and all customer questions about the products and services Big Peach Running Co. offers. A Guest Advocate is expected to be continuously updating their knowledge of the company products, services, and policies.
Another key responsibility is maintaining the presentation of the sales floor, products, signage, and displays.
