The Sales and Service Expert is responsible for driving member acquisition and retention through the execution of the CARE sales model and lead generation. They manage the guest experience from initial tour and enrollment to ongoing member engagement and support.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and obtain CPR/AED certification within 60 days of hire. Prior experience in service sales or the fitness/retail industry is preferred.
