The Pharmacy Manager is responsible for overseeing all pharmacy operations, including patient safety, regulatory compliance, and financial performance. They also lead and develop the pharmacy staff to ensure high-quality patient care and service delivery.
Candidates must hold an active Pharmacy License in the state of employment and possess a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or a Pharm.D. degree. Additionally, applicants must have an Immunization Certification and be registered as the pharmacist in charge.

40The typical pay range for this role is:
$65.00 - $85.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
