The Selling Flex Associate focuses on delivering a positive customer experience through personalized service, product recommendations, and efficient transaction processing. They are also responsible for maintaining visual merchandising standards and supporting general store operations to drive sales metrics.
Candidates must have a strong dedication to customer service and the ability to communicate effectively. Physical requirements include the ability to move throughout the store and lift at least 40 lbs, along with flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
