Candidates must be at least 21 years old with 1-2 years of dispensary experience and at least 1 year of supervisory or retail management experience. A background check for an Arizona Facility Agent card is required, and an associate or bachelor's degree is preferred.

Job Description:
The Shift Lead is responsible for providing an outstanding customer experience while working closely and collaboratively with other retail staff members to meet revenue goals, lead the retail team, and develop the dispensary staff. The Shift Lead should have a genuine passion for the Cannabis industry and the well-being of its customers and staff. The Shift Lead will ensure that customers’ needs and expectations are met through optimal product selection and top-notch customer service. Ideal candidates should be strong people developers, possess excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, be action-oriented and committed to the highest level of service.
