Position Summary 

The Offer Marketing Manager is responsible for driving profitable growth of Schneider Electric's Drives, Motion and Servo portfolio in Taiwan. 

The role develops and executes offer strategies, manages portfolio lifecycle, drives go-to-market initiatives, and supports business growth through effective market segmentation, pricing strategy, and sales enablement. 

Working closely with Sales, Pre-Sales, Marketing, Business Units and East Asia Zone teams, the Offer Marketing Manager will accelerate market penetration, strengthen competitive positioning and expand market share across targeted industries. 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

1. Master Offer Knowledge and Market Environment

• Develop deep expertise in Schneider Electric's Drives, Motion and Servo portfolio. 
• Understand market trends, industry developments, customer requirements and competitive landscape. 
• Build strong application knowledge across targeted industry segments. 
• Monitor market opportunities and identify growth potential. 
• Act as local subject matter expert for the assigned offer portfolio.  
• Product Scope 
• Low Voltage Variable Speed Drives (Altivar) 
• Medium Voltage Drives 
• Servo Drives 
• Motion Control Solutions 
• Motion Accessories 
• Energy Efficiency Solutions

 

2. Define & Execute Offer Strategy (4P Management)

Product 

• Manage portfolio lifecycle including launch, growth, optimization and phase-out activities. 
• Align local portfolio strategy with regional and global roadmap. 
• Support new offer introduction and adoption. 

Price 

• Develop pricing strategy to maximize growth and profitability. 
• Monitor market pricing and competitive positioning. 
• Support margin improvement initiatives. 

Place 

• Identify target industries, applications and customer segments. 
• Develop market penetration plans through direct sales, channels and ecosystem partners. 
• Expand market coverage and customer reach. 

Promotion 

• Drive offer awareness and customer adoption through campaigns, events and industry engagement. 
• Develop value propositions, customer presentations and sales tools. 
• Support product launches and promotional programs. 
• Execute offer growth plans based on market opportunities and customer needs. 
• Support annual business planning and forecasting process. 

 

3. DriveBusiness Growth with Sales & Pre-Sales Teams

• Work closely with Sales and Pre-Sales teams to identify and qualify opportunities. 
• Support major projects and strategic pursuits. 
• Develop growth initiatives for target industries and applications. 
• Conduct customer visits to understand market requirements and promote Schneider Electric solutions. 
• Support account teams in positioning Drives, Motion and Energy Efficiency solutions. 
• Drive sales enablement and portfolio adoption.  

 

4. Marketing & Demand Generation

• Plan and execute marketing programs to support business growth. 
• Work with Marketing Communications teams to increase market awareness. 
• Support seminars, exhibitions, roadshows and customer engagement activities. 
• Develop application-focused campaigns for target market segments. 
• Align promotional activities with portfolio strategy and growth priorities. 

5. Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with Global Business Units and East Asia Zone teams. 
• Share market intelligence, customer feedback and competitive insights. 
• Support regional growth initiatives and best-practice sharing. 
• Coordinate with Supply Chain to support inventory planning and business priorities. 
• Influence portfolio roadmap based on customer and market requirements. 

Education and experience 

Strong Interpersonal & Communication Skills, high level of networking skills, Ability to excel in transversal role, Lead & Implement new initiatives, Lead to Change, be a part of cross-cultural team & we expect a high level of contribution. 

• Degree in engineering 
• Minimum 8 years of experience to Industrial Automation  
• At least several years of experience in Variable Speed Drives, Motion Control, Servo Systems, Motor Control, or Industrial Automation solutions. 
• Strong understanding of market conditions and segments 
• Experience in portfolio management, market analysis, pricing strategy, and business planning.
