Overview
About This Position:
The Producer manages the overall project workflow on moderately complex, integrated projects. Partnering closely with expert resources across Strategy, XD, BA, Creative, Account, Art Studio and Platform/Technology teams, the Producer advocates for efficient, high-quality execution of the discovery, design and delivery of the work. Responsibilities include managing project scope, schedules, financial information, project deliverables, internal and external stakeholders (including project-related client communications), providing solutions to technical problems, sharing new and evolving options for deliverables, and finding suitable production partners. The Producer must understand and articulate the limitations and possibilities of the medium, and be open to exploring the unknown.
What You'll Do:
Production Leadership
Apply various project management approaches depending on project type, including Agile/Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall.
Manage internal project-related communications; Communicate project and development status, issues, risks, decisions, dependencies. Lead status meetings. Update Confluence documentation. Create process documentation as needed.
Risk management; anticipate issues and provide options to resolve. Devise contingency plans and risk mitigation strategies.
Develop and nurture vendor relationships; vendor management and contracts (as needed).
For multi-channel/integrated campaigns, collaborate with other Producers/Account teams (as needed).
Provides coaching to more junior members of the team.
Product Delivery:
Define project scope and budget (with Account); draft SOW documents as needed. Maintain accountability to the project’s realistic scope, timing and budget as project requirements evolve.
Project administration/tool set-up, resource gathering, and lead kickoff meeting.
Prepare project schedules or sprint plans; communicate deliverable timing to stakeholders and hold them accountable.
Financial oversight and reporting, including estimate creation (labor and material costs), accrual reports, billable labor hour tracking, PO/Invoices, and job closure at project completion.
Partner closely with Creative teams and manage creative deliverables (content strategy, wireframes, design comps, etc.).
Assess technical feasibility, timing and cost of creative deliverables.
Deliverable routing (copy, design, assets) through Proofreading, Product, Business Affairs, Digital Asset Management and internal Legal teams. (Account handles client-side deliverable routing.)
Prep creative deliverables (copy, images, videos) for Content Authors.
Marketing projects: Oversee Content Authoring and content QA. Participate in Scrum ceremonies (as needed).
Platform projects: Oversee Development and QA workflow, participate in Scrum ceremonies, contribute to User
Escalate any critical project or client challenges to the Executive Producer or Director of Production.
Qualifications
Minimum 3-5 years of production experience in advertising or related business is required. Experience with similar clients accounts is preferred.

Compensation Range: USD $66,120.00 - USD $97,440.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
