Job Summary:
We are seeking a strategic, high-impact Senior Project Manager to join the Evergreen Creative team and lead operational excellence across our Creative and Marketing organizations. This role is designed for a systems-thinking leader with a proven track record in architecting agile workflows and driving large-scale cross-functional programs, with a primary focus on project managing Evergreen marketing campaigns.
As a champion of operational rigor, you will be accountable for the end-to-end delivery of Evergreen campaigns, ensuring strategic alignment between creative ambition and organizational delivery. You will maintain a relentless focus on timely execution and quality while establishing foundational workflows and designing systems from the ground up in studio resource coordination, capacity planning, and traffic management to move the team toward a model of sustainable, high-velocity output.
Working closely with Marketing, Creative, Integrated Marketing, Channel teams, and external partners, you’ll help bring structure, visibility, and accountability to complex initiatives while ensuring teams have clear priorities and realistic plans.
You will serve as a strategic architect of Evergreen Creative and Marketing Operations, leveraging tools like Airtable to build scalable, automated workflows. Your mission is to transform complex operational friction into streamlined, transparent systems for campaign delivery, traffic management, and studio operations that empower teams to execute at the highest level of efficiency.
What You’ll Do:
Project, Timeline & Resource Management
Accountable for the end-to-end project management of Evergreen marketing campaigns, ensuring relentless focus on timely execution and high-quality delivery from kickoff through launch.
Build and maintain project plans, workback schedules, timelines, and milestone tracking across multiple concurrent initiatives.
Lead process transformation initiatives to scale workflows, optimize studio resource allocation, and reduce manual overhead across all Evergreen workstreams.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to scope, assign, and track deliverables across Creative, Marketing, Channel, Production, and external partners.
Facilitate project intake, kickoff, planning sessions, status meetings, and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage project dependencies, risks, blockers, and competing priorities to keep work moving forward.
Maintain visibility into project progress, resource allocation, and team capacity, proactively surfacing risks and recommendations.
Ensure teams have clear ownership, accountability, and next steps at every stage of execution.
Support both large-scale campaign launches and always-on marketing initiatives.
Systems & Process Ownership
Serve as a day-to-day steward of project management systems, ensuring projects, deliverables, timelines, and dependencies are accurately maintained.
Exercise strategic ownership over Airtable and project management ecosystems, evolving them into robust data sources for operational decision-making.
Reinforce standardized intake processes, project documentation, naming conventions, and workflow practices across teams.
Maintain project dashboards, reporting, and planning tools that provide accurate, real-time visibility into work in progress.
Partner with leadership to identify workflow gaps, operational friction points, and process improvement opportunities.
Support adoption and ongoing optimization of Airtable and other operational systems that enable planning, execution, and visibility.
Help establish scalable ways of working that improve cross-functional collaboration and operational efficiency.
Continuously look for opportunities to streamline execution, reduce manual effort, and improve team effectiveness.
What You’ll Need to Have:
Required:
5-7 years of experience in project management, marketing operations, creative operations, or related functions in a fast-paced environment.
Experience managing marketing campaigns, creative projects, or cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution.
Strong working knowledge of Airtable, ideally in a creative or marketing environment.
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
Experience coordinating stakeholders across Creative, Marketing, Production, and external partners.
Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage complex timelines, dependencies, and competing priorities.
Proactive problem-solving skills and a strong sense of ownership.
Comfortable working in evolving environments where priorities shift and ambiguity exists.
Proven experience standing up new operational processes in an early-stage or rapidly evolving team environment.
Who you Are:
A strategic leader who thrives in high-stakes environments and excels at bringing order to large-scale organizational complexity.
Comfortable balancing multiple priorities without losing sight of details.
A proactive communicator who keeps teams aligned and informed.
Adaptable and pragmatic; you have a bias for action and can build "good enough" systems today that scale for tomorrow.
Energized by solving operational challenges and improving how teams work.
Calm under pressure and able to maintain momentum in fast-moving environments.
A visionary process architect committed to building resilient systems that enable sustainable growth and creative excellence.
Thrives in a "blank slate" environment; you are comfortable driving clarity and moving forward even when processes haven't been fully defined yet.
