Informa Markets, a division within Informa, creates global platforms for industries. We organise over 500 large-scale branded and transaction-oriented events in 14 specialist markets. These are typically not-to-be-missed annual events where buyers and sellers build relationships, see and show products and do business.

Informa Markets Asia's Graduate Trainee Program jumpstarts your career in event management, offering hands-on experience and the opportunity to contribute to high-profile exhibitions and conferences. As a Graduate Trainee, you will work closely with industry experts, collaborate on exciting projects, and develop essential event management skills while gaining valuable insights into the industry. YOUR JOURNEY:

Undergo a 1-year program with rotations in different areas:

1. Marketing: Contribute to event marketing campaigns, create marketing collateral, conduct market research, and analyze campaign performance.

2. Event Organization: Work on supporting event planning, on-site support, and event management.

• Recent graduate (within the past 1 year) with a degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
• Strong ability to execute tasks effectively and a mindset for planning and optimization.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
• Responsible and result-oriented.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, marketing tools, and AI platforms.
• Excellent in both written and spoken Vietnamese and English. Fluency in Chinese is a plus.
