SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

As a Key Account Manager, you will promote and sell a range of Decorative products to new and existing Key customers/Key Accounts in a given country for Eastern Province by using Jotun’s sales tools and techniques to develop strong customer relationships, liaise with the client market, and respond to sales and technical inquiries in order to achieve the budgeted sales, gross margin, DSO ( Day Sales Outstanding), and customer satisfaction targets, and to ensure that Jotun is seen as a preferred supplier of high-quality products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Create new customers by analyzing the market, plan visits to potential customers, and swift response to quotations and inquiries to secure growth and increase market share

• To follow up and monitor Key Dealers closely by ensuring Jotun’s products are used to achieve the targeted sales budget

• Maintained customer relationships through regular visits, responding to inquiries, and providing advice on product selection to achieve the sales budget.

• Follow up and monitor customers on proper pricing and payment to reduce Days of sales outstanding and to achieve the targeted gross margin.

• Coordinate with internal departments like Customer Service, Marketing, and Production to ensure high-quality service is provided

• Conduct market surveys to identify the small and mid-size Projects, help key dealers to secure such projects and enhance their sales performance.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR AND WHAT WE OFFER

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree. Sales & Marketing is preferable.
• 4-5 years of relevant experience in retail sales business development activities.
• Fluency in Arabic & English – both verbally and in writing.
