Liderar la agenda nacional de Trade Marketing como un habilitador estratégico del crecimiento rentable, conectando la visión de marca, la estrategia comercial y la excelencia de ejecución en punto de venta. El rol es responsable de diseñar e implementar la estrategia integral por canal, cliente y ocasión de compra, acelerando sell-out, participación, rentabilidad y disponibilidad a través de capacidades de Perfect Store, Go to Market, portafolio, inversión comercial y ejecución disciplinada. Actúa como socio clave de Ventas, Marketing, Operaciones, Supply, Finanzas y equipos externos para traducir prioridades de negocio en planes accionables de corto, mediano y largo plazo, con alto nivel de agilidad, liderazgo transversal y foco en resultados.
Liderar y evolucionar el Trade Master Plan Strategy para todas las marcas, asegurando alineación con la estrategia comercial, prioridades de Marketing, objetivos financieros y roadmap de crecimiento por canal.
Definir la visión de Trade Marketing de mediano y largo plazo, incorporando planeación N+3, escenarios de crecimiento, prioridades de portafolio y capacidades de ejecución comercial.
Ser un socio estratégico de la Dirección de Ventas y del equipo de liderazgo comercial en la definición de Joint Business Plans, prioridades de cliente, estrategias de entrada, expansión y rentabilización.
Traducir insights de shopper, cliente, canal y competencia en planes concretos de crecimiento, recomendaciones accionables y decisiones de inversión con foco en ROI.
Liderar la agenda de innovación comercial y ejecución, identificando oportunidades para simplificar procesos, acelerar implementación y elevar la productividad del gasto de Trade.
Definir y evolucionar la estrategia nacional de Trade por marca, canal y cliente.
Ser socio estratégico de Ventas en JBP, crecimiento y rentabilización.
Convertir insights de shopper, canal y competencia en decisiones de inversión y planes accionables.
Diseñar estándares de ejecución por canal y cliente: surtido, precio, anaquel, exhibición y promoción.
Medir la ejecución con KPIs claros y planes correctivos.
Asegurar una ejecución consistente, escalable y con foco en sell-out.
Liderar la estrategia de Go to Market por canal, formato y cliente.
Definir cobertura, segmentación y propuesta de valor por entorno comercial.
Asegurar lanzamientos, surtido y expansión con alineación entre estrategia comercial y operación.
Gestionar agencias y proveedores externos con altos estándares de desempeño y velocidad.
Liderar inversión de Trade y presupuesto comercial con foco en ROI.
Medir efectividad del gasto, ejecución y contribución al negocio.
Generar revisiones de negocio con recomendaciones para la alta dirección.
