Lead the business growth on marketplaces like Amazon and Flipkart with a primary focus on sustainable revenue metrics. Oversee advertising, pricing, inventory, and logistics while managing partner relationships and contracts.
Requires experience leading marketplace efforts for a VC-backed D2C or digital-first brand with PnL responsibility. Candidates should have in-depth knowledge of marketplace reports and be comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

Your primary KPIs would be revenue metrics across the e-commerce that we are present in. We repeat -- revenue growth is your primary KPI. Sustainably, of course :)
You’d be building, managing and mentoring the team to create a high-growth but sustainable engine for the business. This would need bold decisions to meet aggressive targets. You’d have significant autonomy and budgets to experiment across all aspects of digital marketing.
You’ll be overseeing our advertising, pricing, inventory, and logistics strategy for these channels. You’ll be deciding which SKUs to prioritize. You’ll also be balancing our ecommerce partners and be responsible for managing all aspects of the relationship including negotiating margins and contracts.
