James Talarico’s campaign for the U.S. Senate is going everywhere and talking to everyone — including diverse audiences in the press and online. We are seeking a full-time Press Associate to help maximize our communications efforts by supporting our press and social media operation.

Salary: $5,000 per month

James was born at Round Rock Hospital. After graduating from McNeil High School, he earned a bachelor’s degree in government from The University of Texas at Austin and a master’s degree in education policy from Harvard University. James taught 6th grade at an underserved public school where he worked with kids and families to close the gaps in his classroom. He now serves as the local Executive Director of a nonprofit that provides innovative technology to thousands of our students. James is committed to working with everyone — Republicans, Democrats, and Independents — to move Texas forward.
