Technicians are responsible for diagnosing truck issues, performing repairs, and creating detailed repair plans. They must also manage parts requisitions, maintain a clean workspace, and communicate progress updates to their Foreman.
Candidates should possess mechanical aptitude, a positive attitude, and a high school diploma or equivalent. The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and pass a post-offer drug screening, physical exam, and background check.

What You’ll Do:
Technicians are responsible for diagnosing truck problems and performing truck repairs. Technicians create repair plans and fill out parts requisitions for needed parts. They are also responsible for tagging all warranty parts that are replaced and for turning in parts with core value. Technicians must also communicate updates to their Foreman daily and must maintain toolboxes organized and workstations clean and safe.
