You will own component, assembly, and vehicle-level prototype testing, including defining test plans and building test setups. You will also collaborate with design and manufacturing engineers to analyze data, troubleshoot failures, and drive issues to closure.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline and possess at least 4 years of experience in developing and testing electromechanical products. Proficiency in CAD, FEA, and data acquisition systems is required, along with the ability to perform physical tasks in a lab and field environment.

As a Test Engineer at Arc, you will own component, assembly, and vehicle level prototype testing. That means you'll define test plans, build and instrument test setups, execute testing, analyze data, troubleshoot failures, and work directly with design and manufacturing engineers to drive issues to closure.
We're building Arc's test capability — this is your chance to help establish how we test hardware, not simply inherit an existing process. We’re looking for someone who is fired up by the mission and ready to build. You'll thrive here if you move fast, take ownership, and care about the details.
This is a full-time, on-site role at our Los Angeles headquarters.

The base salary for this role is P2: $125,000 P3: $150,000 annually
