Candidates must hold a paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program and have at least 5 years of litigation experience in a large law firm or in-house department. A bachelor's degree is preferred, along with strong organizational and communication skills.

This paralegal position is responsible for supporting in-house counsel in the evaluation and handling of moderate and high-risk product liability matters. The position requires coordinating between the attorney and business units for the collection of information relevant to the case, and working with outside counsel to ensure they have the necessary information to develop the case for trial. The litigation matters at issue can carry a risk of more than $10M dollars.
