Manage the design, planning, and maintenance of the organization's buildings, utilities, and manufacturing equipment to ensure operational reliability. Lead a team of technicians and engineers while overseeing budgets, third-party contracts, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or significant equivalent experience, with at least 5-10 years of relevant facilities maintenance experience. Must have knowledge of cGMP manufacturing, chemical safety, and experience with industrial systems like PLC and SCADA.
The Facilities & Equipment Maintenance Manager is responsible for managing the design, planning, construction and maintenance of the organization's building, infrastructure, utilities, equipment and related items. Ensures organizations goals are met by having facilities and manufacturing machinery are in working condition.
The ideal candidate will understand mechanical, electrical, controls and technical work; have excellent leadership and supervisory skills and will manage and oversee all daily maintenance activities including delegation of tasks, tracking performance, and directing the personnel of all repairs.

Base Annual Salary Range: $110,053.60 - 151,323.70
Placement of new hires in these wage ranges is based on several factors including education, skill sets, experience, and training.
