Requires experience with industrial equipment, robotics, or automated machinery and a high school diploma or equivalent. Must be physically capable of lifting 50 pounds and working in a precision industrial environment using PPE.

The Shop Industrial Robotic Blaster/Painter will have robotic and manual skills in blasting and painting. Must be able to measure and record blast profiles. This person will meet basic needs to organize and complete work, steadily increasing efficiency. This person will be responsible for safety, quality, production standards, and goals.
